10.2 521jl will not charge a fee for processing data subject requests unless they are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive in nature.
10.3 If you are dissatisfied with 521jl's response to a data subject request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph).
⚠️ 21+ STRICTLY ENFORCED: The 521jl Platform is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under the age of 21. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR's Philippine online gaming framework.
11.1 521jl employs age verification checks during the registration process. Where 521jl has reason to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the associated account will be suspended, the data will be reviewed by the compliance team, and the account will be closed following investigation.
11.2 Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software and to monitor their minor children's use of internet-enabled devices to prevent unauthorised access to the 521jl Platform or any other age-restricted online gaming service.
11.3 If you believe that 521jl may have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately at the details in Section 14 so that the matter can be investigated and remediated without delay.
12.1 521jl operates within the Philippine regulatory framework governing online gaming platforms, which includes mandatory anti-money laundering obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended) and its implementing rules administered by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
12.2 521jl is required by law to report covered transactions (single transactions exceeding ₱500,000) and suspicious transactions to the AMLC, irrespective of the player's consent or knowledge. Such reporting obligations take precedence over the confidentiality obligations that would otherwise apply to player data under this Policy.
12.3 521jl is further required to comply with lawful requests from PAGCOR, the BIR, the BSP, the NPC, Philippine law enforcement agencies, and courts of competent jurisdiction for the production of player records. Compliance with such requests does not constitute a breach of this Privacy Policy.
13.1 521jl reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, NPC guidance, PAGCOR requirements, or 521jl's data processing practices. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
13.2 Where amendments are material — affecting the categories of data collected, the purposes of processing, or the rights available to players — 521jl will endeavour to provide advance notice via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Policy takes effect.
13.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you must cease using the Platform and contact 521jl's Data Protection Officer to exercise your data subject rights.
